On Wednesday on June 24th of 2026 an easrthquake of the magnitude 7.2 and subsequent earthquake of magnitude 7.5 have hit Venezuela.

The earthquake epicenter was in North-Central Venezuela, with the state’s most affected being Yaracuy.

People are left injured and without the roof over their heads. Estimates suggest that up to 10,000 fatalities might be the case.
